Once an appointment has been booked we have a cancelation policy of:
48 hour cancelation 25% of your service charge will be added to your next bill
24 hour cancelation 50% of your service charge will be added to your next bill
On the day cancelation 100% of your service will need to be paid before your next appointment.
If you are new to the salon for your colour, you MUST have a skin test 48hours prior to your booking, else it will be cancelled and null on the day, and no refund will be issued
